Send materials
Tell us about the sample and the plush product you want to create. We review the details and send back a few images or directions for what the product could look like.
Usually 1-2 business days for first review. -
Approve direction and place sample deposit
Once you agree on the direction, you place the sample deposit. We make a rough first sample in about one week. It is not the final version yet; it is for shape, size, and feasibility.
Typical sample deposit: $250-$650. Shipping is separate. -
Iterate the sample
We can remake the sample multiple times. Each round can adjust face, proportions, embroidery, color, fabric, stuffing, accessories, labels, and packaging.
Most projects need 1-3 revision rounds. -
Confirm production
When the sample is approved, we lock color, material, quantity, packaging, shipping method, cost, and timeline. Then production begins.
